St. Francis Lemon Balm is used as a sleep aid during times of mental stress and
to help relieve digestive disturbances such as dyspepsia.
St. Francis Lemon Balm liquid is also used for promoting digestion, as well as for Graves' disease and functional gastrointestinal disorders with distention and gas. Lemon Balm is useful in the treatment of viral infections such as herpes.
Adults and adolescents ≥ 13 years: Take 1.6-3.2 ml (48-96 drops) of St. Francis Lemon Balm 1-3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
