Shipping and Returns

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will typically be shipped in 1-2 business days, sometimes sooner. During high-volume sale weeks, please allow 1-3 business days. 

What shipping method do you use?

We use Canada Post to ship our parcels. For customers in the GTA, we also offer FlashBox Same-Day Delivery.

Track your Order

Within 24 hours of shipping notification, Canada Post will email your shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also enter the tracking number into the tracking system on Canada Post. You can also track your parcel through the Shop Pay app, as well as by using the Live Chat to check your order status and tracking.

Is my package lost or delayed?

Not necessarily. In some instances, there is a delay between when the scanning of your item occurs and when that information is presented in the Canada Post tracking tool. While the tracking tool does provide progress of items in transit to their destination, the main purpose of the Canada Post tracking tool is to provide confirmation of delivery.

It says my package has been “Delivered Successfully”, but nothing has arrived?

Sometimes Canada Post will update their tracking information before they are able to carry out the task. Most often, in these situations, the parcel will arrive the next day or two. If your order has not been delivered within 48 hours after the delivery notice contact us, we will file a Canada Post claim, and reship your order

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

It is up to the driver's discretion whether to leave a Canada Post Delivery Notice Card when delivering your order or whether to simply drop it off at your doorstep, with a building manager or doorman. If the driver feels it is best not to leave the package at the delivery location he/she will leave a Delivery Notice Card. The Card will say exactly what your delivery options are with your package.

Mail Forwarding

Canada Post does not forward parcels if you have your mail forwarded from your old address to your new address. So if you are in the moving process please be 100% sure that the address you shipped your order to is the address you will currently be in at the time of its arrival. 

Canada Shipping Costs

We offer FREE Canada Post Shipping on all domestic orders placed on over $79 before tax. All orders under $79 before tax are $9.95 flat rate.


US Shipping Costs

We offer FREE flat rate shipping on all US orders placed on over $199. Orders under $199 are a flat rate of $19.95 for Expedited Shipping. All shipping prices are in Canadian dollars.

All US destination orders are delivered by USPS and you will receive a tracking email from Canada Post within 24 hours from the day you received your “Order is Shipped” confirmation from us.


International Shipping Costs

At the moment unfortunately we do not ship internationally.


Oversize and Remote Shipping Costs

All oversized and remote order shipping costs are calculated individually. If the order total is large enough, we can usually ship it for free; however, on occasion, some orders will incur additional shipping costs. We will reach out prior to shipping and let you know the cost and you can decide to process or cancel your order.

We ship from Oakville, ON with several shipping speed options for you to pick from, including same-day delivery options within the GTA.

Orders placed before 1pm Eastern Standard time typically ship out within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

*Estimated Shipping times for major urban centres are based on business days and exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays. If you live outside a major urban centre please add 1–3 days.

Same-Day Greater Toronto Area Delivery

Same-day delivery is available in the Greater Toronto Area free on orders $79+ or at a flat rate of $9.95 on orders under $79. Orders must be placed before 11am EST and will be delivered before 9pm that same evening. Tracking information/updates are sent via SMS/Text.

Same-day delivery does not run on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on those days, or after cutoff times on a shipping day, will be delivered the next business day before 9pm.

How to Return An Item

Self Serve Return:

You can start the return process by using our live chatbot and clicking "Track and Manage Orders." From there, you can select the order and product you'd like to return, and the bot will send a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

Customer Service Return Process:

1. Contact our Customer Service Team with the details of the return. Please be sure to include:

  • Order number
  • Name and quantity of the product
  • Reason you are returning the product

2. You will then be provided a link to a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to send the package back to us.

3. Once we receive the package, please expect one to two weeks for it to be processed and for you to receive your refund or credit.

What if it is after 60 days?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns after the 60-day post-purchase window has passed.

How long does it take to get my money back?

We process returns once a week, and it typically takes 3-5 business days for your refund to show on your statement; however, we often see refunds show much sooner. If PayPal and Interac are used, the return is instant.

We are very sorry to say that unfortunately not. At the moment we are not set up to accommodate walk in guests. On the bright side if you live in the area shipping should be next day"ish" so you should get your products super quick as it is!
