How to Order

Order Online

1. Browse for the products you like by brand, category or the search bar at the top of each page.

2. Add products to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the individual product page. To view your shopping cart at any time click the shopping cart symbol in the top right corner.

3. Once you have added all necessary products you can click "Checkout" in the top right corner.

4. If you have an account login with your email and password. If you have not created a password then create an account. Once registered the next three pages will ask for your address, shipping method and credit card information (via a secure payment process).

5. You will know your order has been placed when you reach the page after you enter your payment that says "Order Confirmed". You will also receive an email telling you your order has been processed.

6. Within 24 hours (1 business day) from the time your order ships you will receive an email from Canada Post with your tracking information.

Quick Re-Order

1. Login into your Account

2. Click the "MY FAVOURITES" link in the top right corner of the website under MY ACCOUNT

3. Select the Quantity and check the Order box of the items you wish to add to your order

4. Click the "Add to Cart" button and those items will all be added to your cart at the same time!


How will I know if my order went through?

  • As soon as you place an order with us, you will get a confirmation email letting you know your order has successfully gone through and we received it. This email may go to your junk mail, so be sure to check there too.

I can’t seem to get my order to go through, what do I do?

  • If you are seeing a never ending spinning wheel, or load page when you are trying to place an order, we suggest you clear your browser cache. I know this may sound odd, but since we are doing so many constant updates on our new site, you quite often need to clear the cache of your browser to see the newest version of our site, and process your order properly.

What if I forgot something?

  • You can call us at 1-877-500-2001 or email us at and we can try our very best to add the item to your order. Our shipping team works very quickly so modifications are not always possible.

How can I cancel my order?

  • You can call us at 1-877-500-2001 or email us at and we will do our absolute best to catch your order before it goes out to you. We suggest calling since our shipping team works very quickly to get most orders out the same day.

Will my order be taxed

  • Your order will be taxed based on the location of the shipping address, not the billing address.

What happens if an item I am looking for is out of stock?

  • Call us at 1-877-500-2001 and we would be happy to get it in for you and process a custom order for you over the phone. What that means is we would order the exact amount of the item that you are looking for from our supplier, and we will rush it to you as soon as it arrives.

Do I need a Account to place an order?

  • You don't need an account, and are able to check out as a guest. However, all of our communication is sent through email, including order confirmation and tracking information, in order to send you confirmation and shipping emails it is best to sign up for an account. 

Where can I see my order history?

  • Your order history  is located in the “My Account” section. Click “My Account” and click the “Order History” tab and all your past orders will show.

Do you price match?

  • We are happy to price match for you as long as:
    • The item is listed on a Canadian website
    • The item is presently in stock on the listed website
    • The item is not expired or close to expiring
