Canada Shipping Costs
FREE Canada Post Shipping on orders $79+ before tax. Orders under $79 are $9.95 flat rate.
*Shipping to NT, NU, YK are Canada Post rates with free shipping at $249+
US/International Shipping Costs
FREE USPS Shipping on US orders $149+ USD before tax. Orders under $149 are $14.95 USD flat rate.
Oversize and Remote Shipping Costs
We will let you know prior to shipping if there are any additional fees to what was shown in your order.

30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition
- Returns must be requested through your account and approved before being sent back
How to Make a Return
- Log into your account
- Go to your Orders and select the order you’d like to return
- Click “Request return” and select the item(s)
- Submit your return request for review
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions by email.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns on opened ingestible products (supplements, powders, food items)
- Clearance, final sale, and hygiene items are not eligible for return
- Returns sent without approval will not be accepted
- A $10 charge will be applied to help cover the cost of return shipping
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
At this time we do not offer order pick-up.
Despite our best efforts, order issues such as an incorrect items, expired products or damages during shipping, may occur.
