Canada Shipping Costs

We offer FREE Expedited Shipping on all Canada orders over $79 before tax. All orders under $79 before tax are $9.95 flat rate.

US/International Shipping Costs

Unfortunately at the moment we do not ship to the US or internationally.

Oversize and Remote Shipping Costs

All oversize and remote order shipping costs are calculated individually. Most often if the order total is large enough we can ship it for free, however on occasion some orders will incur additional shipping costs. We will always let you know prior to shipping and let you know your options.

Most Vitamart.ca orders are delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on shipping destination.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to track your package.

Vitamart.ca ships exclusively within Canada.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition
  • Returns must be requested through your account and approved before being sent back


How to Make a Return

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to your Orders and select the order you’d like to return
  3. Click “Request return” and select the item(s)
  4. Submit your return request for review

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions by email.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns on opened ingestible products (supplements, powders, food items)
  • Clearance, final sale, and hygiene items are not eligible for return
  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

At this time we do not offer order pick-up.

Despite our best efforts, order issues such as an incorrect items, expired products or damages during shipping, may occur. 

Please let us know right away, as your experience is our top priority and we will make it right!
