St. Francis Ashwagandha Details
Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a Rasayana (rejuvenative tonic) to relieve general debility, especially during convalescence or old age; as a sleep aid; to balance aggravated Vata (nervine tonic, sedative); for memory enhancement.
Ashwagandha is used for arthritis, anxiety, and insomnia. It is also a general tonic and "adaptogen", increasing resistance to environmental stress.
Adults: Take 2.66 ml (80 drops) of St. Francis Ashwagandha 3 times daily in a little water before meals.
