        Amazing product

        My son is on the autism spectrum and had problems regulating his moods as a child. Our herbalist recommended supplementing him with a quality B complex to boost his coping skills. When our original brand was reformulating their product a few years ago we switched my son to this brand and have never bothered to go back. It's just as potent, much cheaper, and he prefers the flavor and consistency. We notice all the same benefits, and just as the more expensive brand you know if he's missed a dose as his coping skills are lacking. When taking this product reliably as instructed by his herbalist he's a cool, calm collected kid, even into his tweens! A seriously great product!

        Great product

        Although this product takes some time to elevate one's concentration, focus, and calm, it is effective. The more immediate result is increased energy—do not take this if you're planning to take a nap, or in the evening.

        Does the job, i think

        i perceive this is good value in a liquid vitamin B, appears to be a quality manufacturer. i mix it in with a morning protein shake. i dont know that you would get better delivery than a liquid form in terms of absorption. tastes pretty good to me. mixes very easily
