    My Favorite Magnesium Product.

    I don’t know where I’d be without Calm Magnesium powder. I certainly wouldn’t be on my feet as much as I am, nor would I sleep as contented as I do. I like that I can mixed it with hot water for breakfast and the last meal of the day. I also like that I can prepare it with other powdered supplements. The price is reasonable too.

    Very Calming

    I take this to help me sleep some nights but often during the day if I feel tense or agitated. It really works well to calm nerves. I have read that most people are deficient in magnesium, particularly if the consume caffeine which is one of the reasons I use this.
