    Always mix with hot water and it foams right up! Then I add cold water after to drink.

    Feeling Anxious? Restless Leg? Search No More!

    I have restless leg syndrome and sometimes feel so anxious I would jump off a ledge if I had one. I used to sleep like a log and now have difficulty sleeping at night. I've tried many different Mg supplements, pill form and differenty types but this works amazing. If I just take the Mg version it does nothing. This version, CalMag together is the right combination. It calms me right down, helps me sleep, stops my legs from jumping off the couch and most important, I take it at work during the day and it helps stopping me from killing my boss. That alone is worth the money because he signs my cheques. In all seriousness I wouldn't really kill him but this makes me stop thinking about it and makes me more tolerant to all of his BS. It's worth the extra money if you are thinking this is more costly than just the Mg alone but it's worth the difference in price. Don't be disappointed, make sure it's CalMag.

    Love it!

    I really like this product. It truly has helped calm me. On days I work, I sip it in the morning at my desk. On days I have off, I take it before bed. I have an increase in mental clarity and focus. I can't decide which is my favourite between cherry and raspberry lemon. I'm a sucker for cherry (this flavour is soothing), but the lemon raspberry is tart (not too tart) and strong. Lucky for me, I have both! The best prices I've run into are here on vitamart.ca.

    magnificient magnesium

    I take Natural Calm at least once a day for magnesium deficiency. I always take it before bed and if I am particularly active, ie. long distance run, walks/hikes of more than a couple of hours I will take it mid day as well. It prevents leg cramps during the night. Very effective. Easily mixed in warm water and then topped off with cold for a pleasant drink. It is on my MUST have list for travelling of course. I have used the original flavor but prefer the raspberry lemon. One of the few things I recommend to friends.

    Natural Calm Plus Calcium

    I have been taking Natural Calm Plus Calcium, Original formula for over 15 years. It helps to relax me and I take it every single night before bedtime. It's part of a routine for my insomnia and I don't sleep well without it!!

    I have tried other magnesium products but this one is by far the most effective. It does taste a bit strange, but you get used to it.

    Vitamart.ca is currently the lowest price that I have found, and their expiry dates are excellent, but more importantly, their customer service is amazing.
