Adrenotone brings together four well-known adaptogens — eleuthero, American ginseng, ashwagandha and rhodiola — each standardized to its key compounds, and adds the nutrients that stress tends to use up: pantothenic acid, vitamin C, riboflavin and active B6. A small amount of licorice and N-acetyl-L-tyrosine round it out. Two capsules a day, taken earlier in the day, is the routine, and a bottle lasts about six weeks. It's a thoughtful daytime stress formula, but check the cautions, as licorice and ginseng aren't right for everyone.
