Why It Works

➕ Why does a coffee taste of blueberry?
Nothing is added. This blend uses natural-process Ethiopian beans, dried whole inside the cherry, and that fermentation develops fruit notes which survive roasting.
➕ Why is it only available as pods?
Balzac's has discontinued the 340g whole bean version. The pod format is the only one still produced.

Grind whole beans just before brewing, or spoon the ground straight from the tin. Use roughly two tablespoons per cup and water just off the boil. Reseal the bag or tin and keep it somewhere cool and dark. Pods drop straight into a single-serve brewer.
