SAMe 400 is s-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe), a key biological factor that drives a wide variety of essential biochemical reactions, including the methylation of DNA, catecholamine neurotransmitters (brain messenger molecules), phospholipids, hormones, and chondrocytes (cartilage-forming cells). Research suggests SAMe's ability to support healthy mood function to relieve symptoms and reduce functional impairment in osteoarthritis. SAMe 400 provides a full 400 mg of true SAMe ion per enterically coated tablet, with a minimum of 70% biologically active (S), S-diastereoisomer.

S-adenosyl-l-methionine (SAMe) is a natural compound and methyl group donor that supports the methylation cycle, a process that is essential for many aspects of health. Methylation is fundamental for ridding the body of certain toxins, and certain people, such as those with chronic liver disorders, cannot produce adequate levels of SAMe. 
SAMe’s effectiveness in supporting a balanced mood is demonstrated by many clinical studies. SAMe is so effective for boosting a low mood that it is legally registered as a prescription drug in several European countries for mood balance. It is thought that SAMe works by helping boost serotonin, dopamine, and melatonin levels in the brain, low levels of which are commonly associated with mood imbalances such as anxiety.     I believe this works! I started 2 months ago for mood and focus. I wish it wasn’t so pricy but so far it’s been worth the cost which says a lot. I have already repurchased the bigger box.

    2 a day and within a only a few days alleviates ********** and anxiety noticeably. So much better than all the pharmaceutical drugs I have tried. Used in Europe a great deal but is by doctor prescription only .

    Great Product

    I take one pill every morning and 1 capsule of NEM every night and it virtually eliminated my arthritis aches and pains. On a scale of 1-10 my pain level is a 1.

    I will never be without this product. The usual arthritis supplements (glucosamine, MSM, chondroitin) do not work for me. This does. Product is a bit pricey though.
