AOR Gandha-600 is Withania somnifera (ashwagandha), a plant widely used in Ayurveda, the medicine of ancient India.     Not miraculous, but worth it

    I was looking for a way to get out of the bad sleep and no energy cycle I was in. With an autoimmune disorder and high stress life, I had gotten to the point of barely functioning. Along with eating paleo, slowly adding more activity to my routine and taking Ghanda once a day, I have made great strides. I had tried diet and exercise before with some success, but my energy levels never recovered and I always needed a nap after work. With this supplement, I noticed my sleep improve within the first week and I began taking less naps. I can't say it's been a miracle pill as I still have my bad days, but with chronic illness, that's to be expected. I also feel a bit more level-headed and stress is easier to cope with, but it still happens. I am still on my first bottle about a month in and I will continue. I may very well buy another bottle, but for now it's out of stock.
