A shine-inducing, residue-free conditioner for dull hair. 355ml.
Gloss Boss is Alba's shine range. Honeydew extract, awapuhi and pineapple nourish and revive hair, and hydrolyzed protein binds the hair cuticle — that is what creates a smooth, reflective surface. Shine is largely a matter of how flat the cuticle lies, which is why protein does more for it than any amount of added oil.
Residue-free is the notable part for a conditioner. Most conditioners create shine by coating the hair, which works until the coating builds up and the hair goes flat again. This one adds jojoba oil and panthenol for shine without that accumulation.
Jojoba is structurally close to the scalp's own sebum, so it absorbs rather than sitting on top. Panthenol is provitamin B5, which draws moisture into the hair shaft.
