New Website Changes
Is this owned and operated by the same people?
- Yes! The changes to the website have been a long time coming. Mark Holowaychuk is still Owner/CEO, and our fantastic team is still the same.
Will I have to create a NEW ACCOUNT?
- No, but you WILL have to update your password. Simply click “Reset My Password”. You can also locate this page by clicking "My Account" and then "Reset My Password".
How do I Create a new account?
- Click on “My Account” and then “Create New Account”, Fill in All required fields, and click “Create An Account”
What Payment Methods do you accept?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. We no longer accept INTERAC Online.
Where will my order ship from?
- We have 2 warehouses, one in Oakville, Ontario and one in Edmonton, Alberta. Whichever warehouse is closest to you is where your order will come from.
Inventory may ship from the farther warehouse depending on stock availability
