    About Minami Nutrition

    Minami's whole proposition is concentration. A standard fish oil softgel might carry a few hundred milligrams of omega-3; Minami's are built to carry far more per pill, so you swallow fewer of them. MorEPA Super Concentrated, for example, provides 756 mg EPA and 226 mg DHA in one softgel. The other signature is the absence of a fishy aftertaste, the usual complaint that stops people taking fish oil consistently.

    EPA or DHA: MorEPA vs MorDHA

    The two families are named for which omega-3 they lead with. MorEPA is EPA-forward — MorEPA Optimal at 580 mg EPA / 130 mg DHA, and Plus EPA at 500 mg. MorDHA leads with DHA instead: a Prenatal version high in DHA (480 mg DHA / 104 mg EPA), and Mini IQ, a children's softgel at 241 mg DHA. There's also CardiO-3.     Vegan and prenatal options

    MorDHA Vegan is an algae oil rather than fish oil, at 250 mg DHA per vege softgel — an option if you don't eat fish. The Prenatal version is DHA-forward, the profile usually looked for during pregnancy; if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your healthcare practitioner about what's right for you.
