Camu Camu berries are packed with Vitamin C and antioxidant content, especially when they're picked while they're still green.
The Whole Camu Camu Berry Powder in these vegetable capsules or the packets of loose powder is produced from select berries grown in the Amazon are specially cold-dried (with the skins dried separately from the insides to maximize the nutrients in each, and then reintegrated after) and concentrated in a 30:1 ratio, such that each capsule-sized dose provides 80 mg of Vitamin C, together with all the other nutrients and co-factors that are naturally present in that food, so your body will be able to readily recognize, absorb and use it effectively.
This powdered Organic Camu Camu is a very concentrated (in a 30:1 ratio) version of the whole food which only includes green berries, which are dehydrated in a cold drying process to preserve all their nutrients and co- factors. As such, it has a slightly sourer taste than forms which use both red and green berries, but is quite suitable to use in smoothies, or in baking, or blended with other foods.
