Uhtco Camu Camu berries are packed with Vitamin C and antioxidant content, especially when they're picked while they're still green.
The Whole Camu Camu Berry Powder in this Uhtco Camu Camu C++ powder is produced from select berries grown in the Amazon are specially cold-dried (with the skins dried separately from the insides to maximize the nutrients in each, and then reintegrated after) and concentrated in a 30:1 ratio, such that each capsule-sized dose provides 80 mg of Vitamin C, together with all the other nutrients and co-factors that are naturally present in that food, so your body will be able to readily recognize, absorb and use it effectively.
This powdered Organic Camu Camu is a very concentrated (in a 30:1 ratio) version of the whole food which only includes green berries, which are dehydrated in a cold drying process to preserve all their nutrients and co- factors. As such, it has a slightly sourer taste than forms which use both red and green berries, but is quite suitable to use in smoothies, or in baking, or blended with other foods.
