Adults: Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Anti-nausea & jet lag (adults): 2 tablets once daily at bedtime or 30 minutes before travel (anti-nausea) or 1 hour prior to surgery (post-operative nausea) or while travelling at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern (jet lag),or as directed by a physician.
Jet lag: For occasional short term use.
Menstrual pain/cramping (adults): 3 tablets once daily at bedtime or as directed by a physician. Take 2 days before menses and during days 1 to 3 of menses.
