Veeva Basics B Complex with Alkaline C is vegan, non-GMO (in third-party verification), gluten-free (tested, each batch), and made in Canada by strict GMP standards.
Ingredients
B Complex
Most individuals experience daily stressors. This chronic stress is known to deplete some B vitamins and vitamin C – important nutrients for adrenal function and energy.
B vitamins support overall optimal health, mood, and brain function. They have also been shown to have a beneficial impact on relieving symptoms of mood disorders and anxiety and to slow the atrophy of specific brain regions that are a key component of the Alzheimer’s disease process and that are associated with cognitive decline.
The high potency B Complex includes B6 in the form of P-5-P and B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, thought to be the best-absorbed forms of these vitamins.
Alkaline vitamin C
Veeva's B Complex provides vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate. This non-acidic form of vitamin C is more gentle on the digestive system.
Vitamin C works synergistically with B Complex vitamins, to reduce the harmful effects of stress.
Recommended use: A factor in the maintenance of good health.
Recommended dose (adults): One capsule, two times per day, with food.
