    Helps anxiety

    I only use it occasionally, but it somehow relieves my acute anxiety symptoms. I wasn't expecting it to be so effective, to be honest, but I'm on my second bottle. Discreet and easy to carry, scent is mild and tolerable, and doesn't trigger my perfume/multiple chemical sensitivities. Works quickly.

    Worth a try if you're looking for natural relief for occasional anxiety.

    Unappealing scent

    Perhaps the ingredients would work for someone else. This combination wasn't for me at all. I'm going back to tried and true lavender.
