        Love this stuff

        This iodine is great and it doesn't upset my stomach. This is not too strong which makes it perfect as a supplement.

        Research has shown hypo thyroid condition result of iodine deficiency. I take synthroid to maintain proper TH level. When bloodwork indicated an increase in synthroid dose was necessary, I tried supplement of iodine instead. Now 8 months later, I continue to take iodine and sythroid dosage has been decreased from original level.

        As expected

        Nascent iodine is said to be the most absorbable type of iodine for the human body.

        I decided to take it as i felt that as i am getting older my thyroid is getting sluggish.

        I take 2 drops in an ounce of water daily first thing in the morning. I hope to see better numbers on my

        Blood test resports next time. It does not taste bad at all. I feel energetic and seem to have lost a couple of pounds. But I am doing other things to remain fit too. This is just part of my supplementation and healthy eating program. I recommend it for anyone looking to supplement with iodine. Be very careful though. Not more than 2-3 drops a day. Its easy to squirt out more with the dropper by mistake.
