Trophic Vitamin K2 Details

Vitamin K regulates calcium and blood clotting in the body. It helps maintain healthy teeth and bones and promotes cardiovascular health by inhibiting calcium accumulation in the arteries. It is also a powerful antioxidant. Vitamin K naturally occurs in two forms: Vitamin K1 and Vitamin K2.

Clinical studies on Vitamin K2 have shown that it reduces and prevents fractures and increases bone density. Vitamin K2 is necessary to activate proteins that are involved in the utilization of calcium – both for building strong bones and inhibiting calcium accumulation in the arteries.

Adults, take two Trophic Vitamin K2 tablets daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Adolescents (9-18 years), take one Trophic Vitamin K2 tablet daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

    Amazing

    The missing link to my vitamin team. This vitamin has helped in the absorption of the calcium, magnesium and D-3 that I take. I've noticed a remarkable difference in the growth and strength of my nails. My bone density scan has shown an improvement in the healing of my bones.

    Good to know because I wouldn't be adding this vitamin to my mother's vitamin regime.

    WOW

    Added it to magnesium, calcium, and D3 before bed, to boost bone density+strength. After taking 2 weeks, Accidentally banged my thigh on a sharp corner 'hard', assumed it would be the typical large, sore, black+blue lump for 4-5 weeks. Upon waking up! had minimal pain, low inflammation, redness with minor bruising, Healed VERY fast, within a week it was gone.

    TROPHIC Brand is great quality product, use many of their vitamins, minerals, and greens.
