Traditional Medicinals Peppermint Tea, 20 Wrapped Tea Bags
Recommended use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to aid digestion.
Recommended dose: Adults and Adolescents 14 years and over: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) 2-4 times daily. Adolescents 10-14 years: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) 1-2 times daily. Children 5-9 years: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) once daily. Children 2-4 years: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) once daily.
Directions for use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1-2 tea bags as directed and allow to steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
