1000mcg of vitamin B12 per 1ml serving in liquid drop form, carried in a base of ConcenTrace ionic minerals. 59ml bottle, roughly 59 servings.
The liquid format is the reason to choose this over a tablet. B12 absorption depends on intrinsic factor, a protein made in the stomach, and that pathway becomes less reliable with age, with low stomach acid, and with long-term use of acid-reducing medication. A liquid taken sublingually or in water gives some of the dose a route that bypasses the stomach entirely.
