MAKE OAT MILK:Â
- Add 3 tablespoons of The Mindful Oat Instant Organic Oat Milk Powder to a bottle or blender.
- Add 250ml of water.
- Shake or blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate up to 4 days.
*Separation is normal when you store oat milk. Simply shake before you drink!
ADD TO A BEVERAGE:
- Add 1-3 tablespoons of The Mindful Oat Instant Organic Oat Milk Powder to your beverage of choice — coffee, tea, smoothies, and more.

Our organic oat milk powder is made exclusively from Canadian oats. It is gluten-free, non-GMO, and does not contain carrageenan. Organic Sunflower Lecithin:
Sunflower lecithin is a natural emulsifier. This means that it keeps ingredients from separating short term. It is naturally gluten, soy, and dairy-free and does not contain chemical solvents like hexane or acetone which are commonly used in conventional lecithin processing. Did you know: Some commercial varieties of lecithin can be derived from corn, cottonseed, rapeseed, rice, or eggs, however, genetically modified soybeans dominate the lecithin market. This is why the choice of organic sunflower lecithin rather than soy was simple for us. Alpha-Amylase:
Alpha-Amylase is a natural enzyme that helps break down the starch from organic oats. This prevents the oats from gelling and creating a slimy texture and mouthfeel.
