Used in Herbal Medicine: (1) to help support liver function; (2) as a hepatoprotectant/liver protectant; (3) to help increase bile flow (cholagogue and choleretic).
HepatoDR is useful in treating chronic degenerative or inflammatory disorders of the liver, such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, and fatty degeneration.
Adults: Take 1-2 St. Francis Hepato DR (5:1 Powder Extract) capsules three-four times daily with a little water with food/meal. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or health products.
