Pure Lab Vitamins Vitamin C Corn Free Powder
Humans are one of the few species that cannot manufacture its own vitamin C. Although most fresh fruits and vegetables are a good source, vitamin C is one of the least stable vitamins and can therefore be destroyed by exposure to heat, such as through cooking. In addition, vitamin C cannot be stored by the body since it’s a water-soluble vitamin. This makes daily repletion necessary to avoid development of deficiency symptoms.
Adults:Take 1-2 level scoops once or twice a day. Adolescents (9-13 years): Take 1 level scoop once or twice a day.
