    Best taste period!

    This is by far, the best tasting of all makes of protein supplements, and I've tried many other brands & mixes throughout the years. As far as effectiveness goes, I'm no longer into bodybuilding but I'm sure the protein levels are efficient. I only drink it to keep up my protein levels, and prefer the delayed release.

    I highly recommend this brand and product as it's the best tasting. There is no chalky taste either. The only negative is the price (although it's not exorbitant) but does seem on par with other competitors. As far as proteins supplements go, imo casein should be the cheapest amongst the protein crowd/selections. However, I'm hooked to the taste and there isn't any other like it. :)

    P.S. A regular shaker w/lid is sufficient. Shaker bottles w/ball and colander are fine but not necessary. I also only use 1% milk.

    Best mixing casein ever!

    I gave this casein protein a try after my regular one wasn't available and am really happy about the switch. I typically can't tolerate drinking casein so resorted to baking instead, but this one mixes incredibly well and quickly without a blender plus it tastes excellent even with water. For those who use milk, it'd easily be a 10/10. I really liked that it didn't taste gritty or chalky. That's so hard to find in a casein protein. It was great for calming hunger as well, so a good option for dieting.
