Protein, collagen, electrolytes, prebiotic fibre and probiotics in one light drink. A 26g serving into 500 ml of cold water, in a 650g tub or single-serve sticks.
The combination is what makes this unusual. Most protein powders are a shake; this is a light drink you sip through the day rather than something thick after training. Whey protein isolate and Enhanced Collagen Protein hydrolyzed bovine collagen supply the protein, magnesium and potassium citrate the electrolytes.
Two additions most protein drinks skip: prebiotic soluble vegetable fibre, which feeds gut bacteria rather than supplying protein, and a five-strain bacterial culture — L. acidophilus LA85, L. gasseri LG08, B. lactis BLa80, L. rhamnosus LRa05 and Lactococcus lactis. Named strains, not a generic listing.
Tub or sticks is purely a format choice: the tub scoop and the sachet are both 26g of the same powder. The tub works out cheaper per serving; the sticks are pre-measured for a gym bag, desk or suitcase where a scoop is impractical.
