      Ashwagandha

      An adaptogenic Ayurvedic herb which works synergistically to enhance the restorative effects of astragulus.
       

      Begin with a loading dose of 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of Omega Alpha EnduraStrength daily for 1 week then 15 ml daily or as often as required. Take 30 ml 1 hour before each athletic event or workout.
