NOW Real Food™ Zesty Sprout Mix is a unique and flavorful blend of popular sprouting seeds that we've combined for their pleasant, zesty taste. This unique combination of seeds is one that we've found to be especially delicious and nutritious.
Place two tablespoons NOW Zesty Sprouted Seed Mix in a sprouting jar with three times as much water as seeds. Soak overnight. Rinse seeds and drain twice daily, stored in low humidity without direct sunlight. About the fourth day place rinsed sprout jar in indirect sunlight.
Note: We recommend adding 1/4 tsp. NOW FOODS Citric Acid Powder (item no. 7320) to each rinse cycle as a preservative against spoilage. Sprouting at temperatures above 80 deg. F and humidity of 70% may be impossible.
