        MSM review

        It's a good product.

        I notice a difference in my skin after taking it within a day or 2.

        It has a bitter taste to it so I only use a half of a teaspoon of it in a glass of juice. (1-2 glasses a day)

        And I feel sick (upset stomach) or bloated if I exceed that amount. I will (for the foreseeable future) continue to use this product.
