Melatonin is a potent free radical scavenger naturally produced in the pineal gland and present in high amounts in the gastrointestinal tract. Adult Dosage (≥19 years): Take once a day of NOW Melatonin 10 mg, Extra Strength, at or before bedtime. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
