        Absorbable form of Magnesium

        I like this magnesium because it has great bioavailability and is well absorbed by the body. The price is right and I've noticed a positive difference since taking this particular magnesium.

        WASTE OF MONEY

        NO EXAGGERATION - These capsules are 1 inch long x 1/4 inch wide and extremely hard. I tried cutting one with a kitchen knife and utility knife to no avail. Unfortunately, I had to discard 90% and waste $9.

        Good supplement...

        OK so I can swallow pretty much any pill with no trouble and these things are HUGE.

        Great magnesium. Digests well etc etc. If you can get them down...

        Next time I will get a different dosage so I can get a smaller pill or maybe the powder.
