      L-Lysine is an essential amino acid, which means that it cannot be manufactured by the body and must be obtained through the diet or by supplementation.         Keeps my cold sores in check

        Found out if you get too much salt in your system, will get a cold sore, Say like a bag of chips, and then if I don’t wash my lips, I will get a cold sore on then…Same with popcorn. But if I do get one, I will up the dosage to 4 a day, Keep them in control. Works excellent.

        works well

        I like this brand of Lysine because it comes in capsules making it easier to give it to my cat. She suffers from feline herpes. I open the capsule, mix it into her food and within a few days her stuffy nose and runny eyes are gone. Her breathing is better and she seems to be a lot more comfortable.
