        Decent priced arginine.

        I bought this powdered version of arginine along with the Now powdered citrulline as a precursor to producing nitric oxide in my body. It is a good way to help keep blood pressure stable. Buying it in this powdered form is a very good value although not as convenient as capsules to take. The taste is not the greatest as alkaline products are bitter by nature. However, there is an easy solution to neutralizing the bitter taste. You need to add approximately 2 teaspoons of lemon juice ( acid to counteract the alkaline ) for every teaspoon of powder and that removes the bitter taste. I also add a few drops of Now stevia to the mixture and thereby have a decent tasting drink. A very good product.

        Great product...

        Unflavoured l-arginine doesn’t taste good, but you should know that already if you are taking it or thinking of taking it. Mix it with a flavoured carb powder and you are good to go.

        Bad Taste

        I ordered the powder form of L-Arginine rather than the capsule form and I'm regretting that decision. This product has a horrible taste and there was no other option for flavour (I got unflavoured, the only option available). I tried it with just water, then mixing it with juice and then my protein shake but it didn't help. Would recommend the capsule route to avoid disappointment.

        I only took the product three times so cannot comment on it's effectiveness so I gave it a middle grade of 5.

        As to the value, I put 1 because I will be trying to get my money back or throwing it out.
