      Adult Dosage: Take 3 NOW Glucomannan From Konjac Root 575 mg capsules, 2-3 times daily with at least 8 oz. of water 30-45 minutes before meals. Taking this product with insufficient liquid may result in choking and/or blockage of the throat, esophagus or intestine. Do not take immediately before going to bed.
