NOW Full Spectrum Mineral Caps is a comprehensive combination of the most important dietary minerals used by the body. This formula contains recommended potencies of essential minerals, including Calcium for strong bones and teeth and Zinc for immune system support. Full Spectrum Mineral Caps is an iron-free supplement, has a 1:1 ratio of Calcium to Magnesium, and includes updated, higher absorbing mineral forms.

    Good Value

    The product received is in capsule form and not tablet. Have been using this for almost a month now and find it does help in boosting my energy level.

    I bought this primarily for the Boron that was listed in the ingredients. The actual list on the bottle does not not contain Boron besides a few other ingredients. I use other NOW products and am happy with their quality. However, the product details on the website should be updated as they are not factual.

    Full spectrum minerals

    The pills are big but I haven't had any trouble swallowing them. The minerals are fairly bio-available so that's good. I wish it had more trace minerals. All in all, a good product from a very good company.
