It is generally regarded as a precursor to the essential nutrient choline, which is needed for the brain to produce acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in nerve signal transmission and healthy brain function.*

Take one vcapsule of NOW DMAE 250 mg, 100 Vcaps in 1 to 3 times daily, preferably between meals. Do not exceed suggested dosage unless recommended by a physician.
