        Now Caster Oil

        I use this on my face for acne, the painful cracks in my fingertips, and diluted all over my body to smooth. I've used it in the winter for dry hair.

        Most Excellent to alleviate hand pain.

        I will not be without castor oil in my house. Another way of covering the oil is to use a pair of cotton socks with the toes cut out. Put the sock on like you would put it on your foot. Pull it up past your elbow sticking the tips of your fingers out. Using cotton socks, if they are of thicker material, gives you more protection from the oil spreading.

        So far I have only used it on my hands but I imagine it would work as well on shoulders, knees, and ankles, etc.
