b) Activation of proteolytic activity at sites of inflammation and fibrinolysis activity via the plasminogen-plasmin system (Bromelain stimulates the conversion of plasminogen to plasmin, which in turn activates fibrinolytic activity, dissolving fibrin-based clots and reducing swelling).

    Works! Seems to Reduce Inflammation

    I tested this brand of P.E.A. supplement at the same time as the AOR Brand. This brand worked better for me, possibly because of the Bromelain included in the capsule. As this is currently out of stock, I have ordered AOR's P.E.A. just now along with a separate Bromelain supplement. If it works just as well as this brand did, I will post that fact in a future review of the AOR product. I sure wish this one had been in stock though...
