        It really works!

        I have ADD and find it hard to stay focused for any decent length of time. I'm not a fan of prescriptions which I try to keep to a very minimum. Purchased NAU on a whim, and am happy to report it delivers on its promise. The main reason to try this was so I could cut down on coffee (I work night shift). NAU keeps me focused and awake, but without any gut side effects or crashing like like I get from excess caffeine. I'm still getting used to the slightly pine'y taste, but is actually quite interesting and very drinkable. Tried all the flavours, and like them all, and the sugar-free ones do not induce migraines like I used to get from other sugar-free drinks before. I really like this NAU product, and will keep using it as it truly helps me function. I used it every day.

        Quiets and centers my ADD brain!

        Having rather limited success with other "focus" supplements, I thought this one would be more hype than result but, to my complete amazement, this product actually delivered on its promise! I bought the "green apple" flavour and, today, I'm getting the pineapple and maybe one more.

        The NAU powder mixes quite well but not immediately.

        The flavour: it is not exactly just "green apple", it has a pine-y sub-taste to it (not too gross but a bit weird until you get used to it). To that effect, I only mix half of the dose into a 500ml of water.

        The result: about 15 minutes after I have my NAU drink, my ADD brain goes Zen - quiet and very focused on what I'm doing. No drowsiness, sleepiness, or other unpleasant feeling. I have replaced my gallon of coffee with NAU, and find I can stay awake, energized and focused on my work for the whole 9hr shift.
