    Period pain free

    I use this product during my period, sometimes even before the period starts to stimulate it. (ie. I want my period to start on the weekend, not. Monday at work)

    It helps relieve pain and get the flow going. Additionally I use hibiscus tea and core exercises (when I'm not lazy) as this is the ultimate trio to overcome period pain! Can't live without Dong quai.
