Naka asks for four capsules a day and the daily totals land where they should: 500mg of 80% silymarin milk thistle is a real dose, and 200mg each of alpha-lipoic acid, choline and NAC are real doses too.

The trade-off is the pill count and the bottle life. Four capsules a day means 120 capsules is thirty days, so this is a monthly repurchase. It is also a blend by design — you are accepting Naka's ratios rather than setting your own, and if you already take NAC or alpha-lipoic acid separately you will be doubling up. Take stock of your cupboard before you add this.
