This is one of the few products where the number on the front genuinely tells you something. 50,000 IU in 50ml is a high-concentration vitamin E oil, not a cream with a token amount of tocopherol added as a preservative — which is what "contains vitamin E" means on most labels. If you have been buying lotions for their vitamin E content, this is the undiluted version of that idea, and you use correspondingly less of it.

The honest trade-off is texture and scope. Concentrated vitamin E oil is viscous and slow to absorb, and nobody uses it like a body lotion.
