Our body requires protein to rebuild, repair and regenerate the body's tissues. Of the 20 amino acids required to support protein production, 11 are made by the liver and the remaining 9 must be obtained from our food. All 9 of these essential amino acids are found in high quality whey protein.

Smart Solutions Proteinsmart combines the benefits of a high quality whey protein isolate with CLA to assist with body composition goals. CLA is a fatty acid necessary for both cell growth and as a building block of cell membranes. Humans cannot convert fatty acids into CLA so we are completely reliant on the foods we eat or supplementation to acquire our daily dose of CLA.

    beware higher carbs

    in honesty I haven't used the whole container yet and did feel the need to add berries or the like to boost the taste. And because I haven't taken it that long I'm not sure of its real affect. I do like it as an occasional substitute for breakfast or lunch but as I am eat low carb I don't know how this one got past me because it isn't at all. Not sure if I would buy it again for that reason but I do like the idea of the other additives which is why I chose it. Not saying it wouldn't work for weight loss but for me low carb is the way to go.

    ProteinSmart Women's Whey Protein with CLA

    I usually make myself a shake every day and drink it between 3 and 4 pm. It energizes me and I don't eat as much at dinner time. I also don't need an evening snack when I drink my shake in the afternoon.

    Whey Protein with CLA

    I bought this product along with the Gluco Smart and the Shape Smart because combined they are supposed to help with weight loss. I lost nothing at all. I took it for a month until the protein powder was finished and no weight loss. The product tasted great but without success of even 1 pound, I will not be re-purchasing this product.

    My favorite smoothie powder yet

    Love the way this tastes and makes me feel. I have a bunch of protein powders in my pantry and this is the one I nearly always choose for my breakfast smoothie.
