Smart Solutions Ironsmart Liquid Iron Supplement (Formerly Lorna Vanderhaeghe), 250ml

After feeling unwell (what I later determined through bloodwork was that I became anemic), I started taking this daily to get my iron levels back to the appropriate range. Within days I was already feeling better and after 3-4 weeks my values came back to normal. This product is absorbed very well and provides quick results when taken daily. I now use it every other day/every few days to maintain my iron levels. Ensure you are taking this 4 hours after taking any other medication as the absorption can be affected. I take it after dinner, or in between meals. It does not bother me on an empty stomach. I'm tremendously pleased with this product. It used to be available in a bigger bottle, which was more economical, wish the bigger size was still an option. This product has no cons, and only pros IMO.
