Smart Solutions Gutsmart powder is a source of probiotics and fibre that stimulates the growth of healthy bacteria, such as Bifidobacterium in the intestine/gut. Containing 2 Billion CFU whole-cell probiotics to promote a favourable gut flora and helps relieve IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) associated abdominal pain.

    Does not dissolve well in water

    I would not purchase again as it is not an effective supplement for my digestive system. It doesn't dissolve well in water like the Regular Girl supplement which unfortunately was out of stock and that's why I purchased this one.
