    First time user of this product and and wow! I will definitely be continuing with it. I was a bit skeptical with so many ingredients but the proof is on my balanced mood and ability to navigate through my daily stressors being calm and present. I've tried a number of vitamart stress products and this is my top so far (Veena stress is my second favorite)

    Incredible Product... A Life Saver!

    This is an incredible product that helps relieve stress-based physical symptoms. It worked immediately to help alleviate stomach issues that were related to stress as well as restless leg syndrome. It also helped to calm mental worry and anxiety. It greatly reduces cortisol levels and I felt better immediately after taking it. I have been taking this product for two months now with no side effects. Himalaya Herbal is an AMAZING company, and I truly trust all of their life-saving Ayurvedic products!     Great product

    I purchased this product after a health-nut-friend of mine recommended it. I have a high-stress job, and my cortisol levels are high, as evidenced in my belly fat. It's the only place I gain weight.

    I've noticed after a few weeks of taking this product that I feel less stressed and saw a reduction in my belly fat. Big win! This is all without changing diet and exercise, so I attribute it to this pill aiding me.

    I did notice headaches the first couple of days (similar to a detox headache). It may have been coincidence, but the timing was consistent with the new product. After 2 or 3 days they were gone, and I felt fine. Again, maybe coincidental, but reminded me of the time I did the Wild Rose detox.

    I will continue to purchase this product.
