Postmenopausal and perimenopausal women - Adults (19 years and older) - Add 1 sachet (9.1g) into 250ml water per day, mix thoroughly immediately before consumption. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products and at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
(For BDM loss:) Use for at least 6 months to see beneficial effects.
(For menopausal symptoms:) Use for at least 8 weeks to see beneficial effects. Ask a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 year. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
